Developer apartment changes
Plan life in the apartment before handover. Gather the developer’s deadlines, establish what can still change and connect furniture, kitchen, storage and service points before submission.
VisualizationFrom a need to a decision.
The decisions that move the design forward, in the order they arrive.
Establish what is still open
Confirm deadlines and requirements against project documents and gather developer questions before design development.
Plan in decision order
Agree furniture and kitchen layouts, then develop feasible infrastructure and partition changes from that basis.
Submit and resolve responses
Prepare the agreed submission package, review approvals and refusals, and update decisions against the quoted cost and feasibility.
VisualizationPlanning becomes tangible.
A shared basis for decisions, coordination and the work ahead. The proposal will define the exact scope together.
- A decision map based on the submission dates and options provided for the specific development.
- A furniture and kitchen layout to inform partition, lighting and electrical-point decisions.
- Contractor working drawings for change submissions in the agreed disciplines and project-required format, subject to the developer’s requirements and approvals.
- Joinery drawings for the kitchen and storage in scope, coordinated with suppliers according to the project stage.
- Supplier meetings and site visits at the agreed frequency and stages; construction-site visits depend on access and coordination with the responsible party.
- A selection and open-question record, documenting the submitted drawing version and response received.
VisualizationBefore the first conversation.
- The sales plan, specification, change instructions and supplier list if already available.
- Submission deadlines by discipline, construction stage and the role of the developer’s contact.
- Needs and intended furniture, including kitchen appliances whose dimensions or connections affect planning.
VisualizationA clear scope, from the start.
- The listed deliverables are a basis for defining scope. Project inclusions, service availability and responsibilities will be established in the proposal and agreement.
- There is no universal submission date or guaranteed entitlement to every change. The developer sets options, requirements and prices for the specific project and agreement.
- Developer approval and pricing are separate from interior design. Designing an option does not authorize its execution or guarantee its cost.
- Post-handover support, defect inspections, purchasing and supervision are not automatically included; define them separately where needed.
VisualizationBefore we begin
How far before submission should we get in touch?
Once you have a plan and known deadlines, assess the remaining decisions. There is no single lead time: briefing, layout choices, coordination and developer responses all take time. Include the earliest deadline in your inquiry.
Is it worth getting in touch after the changes deadline?
Yes; remaining selections, furniture, storage or work after handover may still be planned. First obtain a current developer response for any requested changes; reopening submitted drawings should not be assumed possible.

Let’s talk about your space.
What is changing, and what matters to you? This is where planning begins.
